The normal job pricing fee for one local position is US$500.

COMPONENT 4
  One Day Workshop

As a part of the membership entitlement, a one day workshop on the training of the use and application of ERLMS Management Tools is given to each member.   The member has the discretion to decide on the workshop subject.  However, the subject to be chosen must be related to the 10 ERLMS Management Tools selected under Component 1 of the membership entitlement.

Workshop training session starts at 10.00 am and finishes at 5.00 pm.  From past experience a one day workshop can cater to training of up to a maximum of 2 management tools.  A maximum of 12 member participants and one trainer are allowed as part of the membership entitlement.  Expenses incurred for developing training materials to member participants will be billed at cost.  Expenses for trainer to travel locally to and from the training location will also be billed at cost.

Our policy is to always maintain high professional standards and we only assign those specialist consultants who are experts in the subject to conduct training, ensuring that member participants benefit from our expertise skills and knowledge.   Most of our specialist trainers are based in Sydney and they commonly travel interstates or overseas to conduct training workshops.

The trainer’s cost for travelling to conduct a workshop in an interstate or oversea location, location outside Sydney, will be the expense of the member.  Where appropriate, trainer’s cost of travelling includes return air tickets (usually business class ticket), taxes, food and accommodation, taxi fares and any other out of pocket related expenses incurred for fulfilling this component of the membership entitlement.  Unless otherwise agreed, it is also the member’s responsibility to organise travel air tickets and arrange hotel accommodations for the trainer.  Subject to the trainer’s flight schedules, timing of the training session and the time difference between states or countries, you as the member receiving the service may be required to provide the trainer with more than one night accommodation in the location where the training is held.

Extension of Workshop Services at a Reduced Rate
Members may request to use the workshop for training of subjects other than those related to the ERLMS Management Tools.   Additional fees will be charged for customised training courses and the actual fees to be charged depend on the subject chosen, the specifics required by the member and the consulting time taken to developing and designing the customised training programme.

The number of training hours, participants or trainers for a workshop and the number of workshops to be held can be extended upon request at additional fees.
